Suggest Treatments For Chronic Vaginal Pain And Discharge

hi, i have 1 yrs old baby with force normal delivery had gone through twice STD,
my problem is that after marriage i have vaginal pain and discharge and have gone for medication but no relive now since last 3 month i have MC after every 20 days. fever and vaginal pain cramping and discharge.very painful sex plz help me because of this i lost my job.i want to be perfect.plzzzzzzzzz help.
