Suggest Treatments For Club Foot

i was born with club foot lf and i have pain so severe i can barley walk its hard to even check the mail the pain shoots through my foot up through my knee ive seen a dr and recieved cortizone shot but they only work for a few weeks thats after waiting a week for it to kick in what options do i have
