Suggest Treatments For Cystic Hyperplasia

hello i am 44 yrs i am suffering from irregular periods since 8 months with heavy bleeding.doctor did D & C in jan 2011 and took biopsy and report was cystic hyperplasia that time. but now my uterus usg shows no abnormality. my gynaec adviced me for hysterectomy.should i remove my uterus? advice me better treatment.
