Suggest Treatments For Gastritis And Spondylosis

I am married,40yrs old,do not have any child,do not want one,have been diagnosed with stage 4 endometriosis and in order to get relief from severe pain which i have been suffering from since 1996 have been advised hysterectomy.i also have acute gastritis,spondylosis,osteoarthitis.i want to go to vellore for my treatment,can anybody help me where to go and whom to consult/
