Suggest Treatments For Heaviness In Arms And Legs After A Paralysis Attack

My mother who is 72 years old had suffered from left side paralysis. She was admitted in hospital for 3 months. Now she feel heaviness in the left arm and leg and unable to do physiotherapy. She was under medication like gabatin plus, deplat, etc . kindly advice what to do
