Suggest Treatments For High WBC Count Leading To Brain Infection

My father is suffering from Lungs infections and his WBC count is 15000. He has swelling in his brain due to this infection. He has lost his consciousness from last 15 days. Currently our doctor is giving him Meroplan antibiotic dose.

Please suggest the remedy.
