Suggest Treatments For Irregular Periods And Thyroid Problem

hello doctor,since 5 years iam suffering with thyroid problem and had a problem of irregular periods.presently iam not using any medication.my marriage is settled and within 2months i will get married.So is there any remidiation to control irregular periods and thyroid problem.Do this become a problem in my married life.
