hi sir i am aslam i am 21 year old i lose my sperm in night after one day. while my penis not stand but i lose sperm in sleeping.. i am losing my weight. because of these pain in my legs. dark circle. headache......give me solution how to control this

I really appreciate your concern your history is suggesting that you need some basic knowledge regarding the body functions particularly physiology so can learn something let me tell you, the actual term is "Nocturnal ejaculation" for which you used the slang word "Night fall" again the real word is "Erection" for that you used the word "stand" third it is "Semen" and not the "sperm" actually semen contains the sperm, now forget the history that you told here this is complete myth, hope this helps you take care and have a nice day.
