Suggest Treatments For Numbness In The Back Of My Right Leg

hi, i am 25years old,165 cms, 59.8 kgs, female.The mid portion at the back of my left leg right from my thigh to my little toe is little numb. i had suffered lower back pain along with pain in my leg( the area which is now numb) about 3yrs back. i was advised 15 days bed rest after which the pain was gone but the numb feeling continued. which doctor should i approach for the treatment and what is the likely treatment to be received for the numbness?
