Suggest Treatments For Pain And Dislocated And Fractured Bone

I broke my right arm and fractured my wrist.i saw an orthappedic specialist who said i didnt need surgery at first.He put me in a cast for 2 weeks.He removed it and now i need surgery.$2400 before he will do anything.Im in alot of pain all the time.The bones are nolonger where they should be.I have no feeling on the back of my hand.I am uninsured but can make payments.What can I do?
