Suggest Treatments For Prolonged Cough,sputum And Wheezing
H&P...67 y/o white male....non smoker. Dx Prostate ca stage 3 x 5 yrs....takes zytiga daily and Zometa monthly...last PSA March...11.6. History of PE s....remains on Coumadin daily. Has had continuous prod. cough.....sputum white and frothy....no temp....x 4 wks. Wheezy and sob on exertion.

I really appreciate your concern if the symptoms of cough is chronic and long standing then in my opinion this need to be investigated for underlying etiology and the I would suggest to get done the x-ray of chest and sputum examination for some mycobacterium, hope this information helps you take care and have a nice day.
