Suggest Treatments For Recurring Red Patches On My Arm

hello I have red patches slowly spreading on my arm the patches sometimes go away and then re appear and other times they turn white Ive had them for about a year now and lately they have started spreading and growing so I am beggining to get worried ?

Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

It could be a Urticaria. Urticaria (hives) is an allergic reaction. Try using Calamine lotion twice daily and Antihistamine tablet once daily for a week. If you do not get any improvement after a week, please do consult your Dermatologist immediately.
