Suggest Treatments For Scoliosis

hi, i have just been diagnosed with scoliosis, been up and to the doctors nearly every week, on strong tablets, but not doing the trick? i got a 7month yr old and its very hard to rest, with going to work aswell im finding it very painful, just dont know what to do? would i get help if i finished work etc? im at my worst....
