sir, im 29 year old woman, i have severe back pain and shoulder pain for past five years "MILD DEGREE OF CERVICAL SPONDYLOLYTIC CHANGES WITH POSTERIOR LIPPING OSTEOPHYTES AT C4-C5 LEVEL WITH ANTERIOR THECAL SAC EFFACEMENT" .sir, above said words are final result in the MRI report. we met the doctor , he gave medicines ,but they are not relief my pain. so please give a good remedie.
