Suggest Treatments For Soreness In Back After Accident

I fell off a bike and landed directly on my back. It happened about 6 months ago. My back is still tender to the touch in that spot on my spine. I have been stretching it out, taking soak baths as well as ice and heat therapy. I am 34 years old. The soreness does not seem to go away. What should I do?

Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
It appears that you have a hidden injury, of the spine, as you are moving it might not be a major thing.
I advise you to consult an orthopedic surgeon for diagnosis. You may need to have an M.R.I. for diagnosis.
I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms neurotrofic injections for 10 consecutive days, and then periodically. Supplements of calcium, vitamin D, and pain killers.
Avoid taking potato, other tubers, tomato, egg, chicken, and sea foods.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
