Suggest Treatments For Stiffness In Cardiac Muscles And Hand

hi. i am 29 year old.. from last many years i am having stiffness in my whole left side. i have chest pain too.. everytime i feel as if my left hand and leg is not comfortable and is stiff. i got ECG many years back, it was found that there is stiffness in my cardiac muscles, i was told by doctor that its due to tension.. from last some days i am having more problem, last night i got worried as i got my left hand too much stiff and could feel the sensation on that.. specially in last 2 fingers. it was feeling like as if my hand has slept. that remained so for more then 4 hours. please suggest
