Suggest Treatments For Successful Pregnancy After Having Abortion History

im 28 yrs old female,married since last 3 yrs.planned pregnancy onec n was pregnant.but no heart beat were heard on 5 week,i waited till 8 week,still nothing hence,it was tagged as missed abortion n D n C was done.now ill plan for pregnacy which is after 6 mths of D&C.im scared that it shud not happen again,i dont know what went wrong,how to take care so that it shud have succesful pregnancy

Dear member,
Thanks for writing.
The condition you had is called blighted ovum or missed abortion .it happens very commonly. In fact one in 5 pregnancy undergo termination .that us 20% of all pregnancy are lost. This is because the embryo formed was not normal.
The chance of this happening again is low. I see lot of patients like you in my clinic who are anxious about this abortion and chance of future pregnancy.
Don't worry. In my experience I have seen most of them conceive and deliver Normally.
Please do following tests
Hb
TSH, T4,
HbA1c,
Also take folvite 5 mg daily to decrease chance of future pregnancy loss.
