Good afternnon, my name is Jesse. And my son is having problems with his knee. He feels tightness just about the knee cap. This happens when he straightens his leg out and when he bends it as well. He also says that hiis knee pops when he bends and straighens it. The pain started after basketball practice. This has been going on for about a week now.
