Suggest Treatments For Touching Of Bones In The Knee

i have arthoscopia 2 wks ago as my surgeon though i have a menisus tear but once in there he said that it was fine and my ligerment where ok too , he said that my bones where touching and causing the knee bloque, i have to wait 2 months before my next visit and i was wondering if u could shed light on treatment etc ..
