Suggest Treatments For Tron ACL

well...I got a ligament fracture in my right knee....
Initially I took some pain killer but it didnt help much. Finally I did an MRI scan and found my ACL is completely broken.

What should I do now....? What treatment I should take? I am an working professional in a private concern so can not afford long leave...
