Suggest Treatments For Vertebral Artery Compression

My physio suspects I have a post neck injury vertebral artery compression. This was caused by a neck injury 9 weeks ago and diagnosed on the basis of symptoms of dizziness and the fact that moving my head to my left shoulder consistently reproduces symptoms of blurred vision. Assuming his hypothesis is correct, how can a neurologist help?
