Suggest Treatments To Help Conceive With Low AMH Level

hello doctor i have been married for 5 yrs and i had the problem of pain during sex due to that no sucessfull sex life.now as we are trying for baby we are consulting the doctor and had done 3 unsucessfull IUI.i got AHM,LH,e2 level tested which are in lower side,AMH 1.96.is my IUI is not sucess due to low AMH level?Now this time doctor had suggested me to take ovitrop HP 75IU for 5 days after that also my doctor is not satisfied with my LH e2,level my next appoitment with doctor is on saturday which is 11th date of my cycle.pls let me know why My IUI trement was not sucessfull and taking ovitrop will help me ?

a low AMH level suggests poor ovarian reserve in terms of follicles. three failed IUI cycles support the fact that ovarian follicular maturity was not achieved ( could be seen by ulrasound guided folicular monitoring). you have been given ovitrop 75IU daily inj to initiate follicular response in this cycle and called on 11th day to measure the follicular growth to initiate a fourth IUI cycle. my advise would be now that reserve is less and you dont have an issue, its best not to waste follicles as any way they are less,so you should rather go for oocyte harvesting and ICSI( intracytoplasmic sperm injection) and then intrauterine embryo transfer. discuss this option with your gynae.
A low LH level suggests premature ovarian failure , so its better to treat with the best before all remaining follicles expire or are wasted.
else once ovarian failure occurs then you will be left with only option of DONOR OOCYTE( ie egg from another lady ) and subsequent ICSI with your husband's sperm. so you have to make an informed decision here. you may contact me for further consult through this site. regards
