Suggest Vitamins And Supplements To Prevent Hairfall

I recently became vegetarian and think my hair may be thinning. It is not noticeable, but when I pull it back it feels thinner. I also started a new stressful job and moved away from home, there has been a decent amount of stress in my life. Are there vitamins I can take or anything I can do to prevent the hair loss or should I go back to eating meat?
