Suggest Vitamins To Treat Tiredness, Lack Of Energy And Weight Gain

I need to know what kind of vitamin I may need to take to help me with my issues. At this time I am very tired, no energy, gaining weight, am drinking a gallon of water a day and am starting to experience muscles cramps. I am taking a multi women s over the counter vitamin. I work 6 days a week 13 hours a day. When I get a day off I sleep approx. 15 hours. I work out when I can. Normally when I work out at the gym I am there an hour and a half. I do weights and cardio. Usually after doing my cardio I have energy and get a lot done. Now when I do my cardio, I am so tired I can hardly do my weights. What kind of vitamins may I need and what suggestion might you have?

If a patiet comes with same symptoms to my clinic I would suggest for vitamin B12 & tab. Calcium with Vitamin D3 once a day atleast for one month. Also Protein powder with milk every morning will help increasing weight.

I hope it might help & solve your problem. Take care.
