hi got married .6 years complete till i am not having child please suggest me after menses form which day we should start intercours last 5 years a had one operation ie fibriod now it clear but still not having baby now i am 38 years old and my husband is 43 years old plzz tell me treatment i am waiting for u answer,

Anwer to your question regarding the day of the menstrual cycle, 2 weeks before the next period is the best chance of conception because ovulaton is supposed to occur at that. and you should be aware that egg lives only 24 hours after ovulation.
