Hi,
I have gone through your query and understood your concern. I would not suggest any self-medication to abort an unwanted pregnancy as this can lead to incomplete abortion resulting in heavy bleeding, infection and fertility issues in the future. Sometimes, an ectopic pregnancy may be tried to be aborted unknowingly and this can lead to grave danger if there is a tubal rupture etc. So, I would ask you to see a specialist, get proper evaluation, get the necessary investigations along with a trans-vaginal sonogram to locate the gestation sac and the age of the pregnancy and then proceed for the abortion. Medical abortion may be induced until 9 weeks of pregnancy and thereafter, the surgical abortion is the rule. Follow up is after two weeks. Hope this helps.
