Suggest Ways To Avoid Pregnancy After Intercourse

Hi Doctor, I had unprotected sex with my fiance on September 20th, My last mensurable cycle is on September 2nd, Am very afraid that i will get pregnant, Could you tell me how to avoid pregnancy as our marriage date is so far (February month), We tried intercourse for only few seconds as this our first time and also he pulled out before ejaculation. Will pull out method really help ?, Emergency pills were not available so i couldn t take it, Am eating lot of Vitamin c fruits to fasten my periods. Am also afraid of abortion, I feel abortion is sin. Regretting for what happened, Please help me with this.

Hello dear
I understand your concern
Pull out method is not 100% effective in preventing the pregnancy.
Precum contain enough sperm concentration and release before ejaculation unknowingly in the vagina cause the pregnancy.
I would suggest to wait for the period to come.
If your period will delay by the 8-10 days from the expected period date then go for urine pregnancy test and or blood HCG to rule out the pregnancy.
If intrauterine pregnancy will be there it can be terminated by the mifepristone and misoprostol under the advise of the gynecologist.
Vitamin C and fruits doe snot cause successful abortion.
Avoid stress and take healthy diet
