Hi. M suffering from pcos. N m trying to get pregnant. What shud I do? I already have a girl. Now m trying for a boy if God graces me. M 28 years old, height is 5.2 and weight is 80. M missing my periods past 3 months leading to increase in weight. Rite now m taking dup has tone to have y periods.

Treatment of PCOS & achieve ovulatary cycle is important step in getting conceived . For this get consultation of a gynecologist. after investigations treatment plan is given for treating PCOS.
It consists of-
- Cyclical hormones
- Reduction of weight,- diet control/ exercises/ metformins.
- Ovulation stimulaters like Clomiphene / HCG injections
- Laproscopic drilling surgery of ovaries..
Once ovulation is established, planned conception is possible
