hello there,
as you are a known diabetic and hypertensive it's possible that your heart is under lots of work load with changes in its structure and working capacity.
both feet swelling can be a sign of heart going through something.
it's also possible that your hemoglobin level is low or the kidneys have decreased there work.
so kindly get yourself examined asap.
work up that is required is complete blood count, blood sugar, 2DECHO, blood creatinine level, chest X ray, serum electrolytes.
you can try tablet lasix once a day, tablet becosule once a day.
compression bandage for feet.
avoid extra salt.
kindly let us know the reports and discuss the same with your doctor too.
regards
