Suggest Ways To Control Hypertension While On Dynacirc

i had a bout with very high blood pressure the last few weeks and although it has usually been controlled for some years already with 5mgs dynacirc daily and an additional dynacirc ( i get isradipine generic ) when necessary and additional metaprolol, it did not seem to be helping now, i was wondering since i had just received a new prescription for isradipine if there was a connection, my pharmacy said that they are allowed to give meds. with a minimum one month expiration date, can there be a connection? My doctor just switched me to 160mgs valcertin once a day and metaprolol 25 mg. once a day., which seems to be keeping the pressure low.

As per your history is concerned please follow:-
1)Eating healthier diet with reduced salt[DASH DIET PLAN]
2)Do exercise regularly
3)Quite Smoking
4)Losing weight and manage stress
5)Moniter blood pressure at home
7)Medication -[AMLOKID-AT] [amlodipine + atenolol] 50mg once a day in the morning if diastolic pressure keeps between 80-90 mmhg then no need of third medications otherwise add [LINORIL tab-10 mg at bed time start with 5 mg ]
