I m surffering from lots of stress right now due to break i had 3 yrs relationship I always not to think abt him but as soon i as i wake up in the mrng i start panicking i becum numb even tough i try not to think abt him can u plese suggest how to get over this and enjoy my life in my way?

I think you must visit a psychologist.
The appropriate treatment for you to get rid of these thoughts are cognitive therapy.
Also therapies like muscle relaxation and biofeedback are very useful.

You can also practice deep breathing and meditation to keep yourself calm.
