Suggest Ways To Deal With Stress When On Etizolam

Hello Doc I m going thru post break up stress . I m Trying to come up but I can t. I m Taking etizolam 0.5mg whenever I feel very stressed ,whole tym my past is Infront of me .I want to move on but not happening.Sometimes I become very angry and I can t control myself .I don t want to live and sometimes I want to leave my home .i don t know what is happening Plz help me. Thank you

Sounds like you are suffering from frank depression and not just stress. You need to see a therapist and a psychiatrist and you might need antidepressant medication for your condition. Having thoughts about ending your life are a sign of depression for sure. You need immediate help. Talking to your friends and family will also help but you need medical treatment and a therapist too. Please take care and try to stay happy. One bad relationship is not the end of your life.
