My 10 months boy always in a bad mood. He Keeps yelling and screaming & crying everyday specially after 18:00. My wife started giving him fenistil drops to force him to sleep. I ama worried becauseI I feel that she s fixing the issue with another issue.

At this age, the child only needs food and care. Th child could behave erratically if these are not provided according to his requirement.
