I understand your concern.
Considering your age and height, it would be better you go for gaining in weight by supplementing mainly
proteins and less of
carbohydrate and fats in your diet. This would make you gain weight in a healthy way.
For this, the following things can be followed:
1. If you take egg, you can provide good amount of protein by consuming egg white.
2. Drink milk with
protein supplements in the form of powder twice daily.
3. Eat a fruit daily, especially banana or apple.
Consume rest of the diet as usual, what balanced diet you have been following. Include moderate quantity of exercise in your daily routine.
You should start gaining weight gradually.
