HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

Normal BMI (body mass index) is 18.5 to 24.9. This is weight for height.

Your BMI is 19.1 which is in the normal range though it is at the low end of normal and can go up if you wish.

To increase your weight, you may want to consider: (a) using B vitamin supplements, B vitamins tend to increase appetite

(b)if it is difficult to eat larger portions, you may want to consider using smaller amounts of high calorie value food/drinks
This means small portions of types of foods that may be high in calories. Dressings or condiments can be added to increase the calorie value.

(c)also consider eating more frequently

Strength training would also help to increase body mass as well.

I hope this helps
