Hello my name is praveen ,5.10 nd weight is only 54. Ive been trying alot to gain weight. Eat non veg almost 5 days a week yet no gain in weight. Sleeping time 2 am n i wake up at 10. Gyming brings cuts n shape to the body but no muscle mass. Tried endura mass but yet no weight gain after two boxes. It is some type of herriditory. Not a pimple on face even after having junk n oily food. How do i gain weight , plz help me out.
In order to increase body weight you should keep hyper calories diet. You want to increase the muscle mass so I think you should increase protein intake and protein rich foods.
