Suggest Ways To Get Rid Of Ugly, Bumpy Scar On Penis Due To Circumcision

I have been circumcised twice, the second was to correct the first, but with the second my penis looks worst than with the first, I have a bumpy ugly scar that makes me depressed. The first was done March 2015 and the second August 2015 (after six month). Questions: 1- Can I undergo a third surgery to flatten the ugly scar? 2- Can this third surgery be done without stitches (could happen same thing as before)? 3- Which could be the approximate cost of this surgery? 4- How long should I wait for this third surgery counting from August 2015? 5- Which doctor do you recommend for this surgery? Hi,
Thanks for posting in HCM.
I understand your concern.
The ugly scar what you are developing each time after surgery is probably due to your tendency to develop 'keloid'. This is due to scar tissue growing excessively.
You can overcome this by two means:
1. Injection of corticosteroids
2. Freezing the excess tissue
3. Laser treatment to reduce scar tissue
4. Plastic and reconstructive surgery
Depending on how big it is and what extent it is bothering you, you could choose any of the above treatments by consulting Dermatologist or Plastic surgeon for proper management.
