Also, do not expect so much from people and try to keep away from scenes that may potentially drive you nuts. Avoid letting others behavior to have an impact on you because you can only control yourself and not others. If these prove unhelpful, consult a psychiatrist for some sessions of cognitive behavioral therapy.
