Suggest Ways To Improve Breathing When Having Asthma

I am a 59 year old female. I have had asthma all my life. Not on any meds until late teens, and then it was a rescue inhaler. Now, I am on symbicort, albuterol, and spirva was added the last month. I use my albuterol at least 6 times a day. My specialist thinks that I have COPD. What can I do to improve my breathing?? I am still working, and this has been limiting my activity now, especially excercising.

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern if this is really COPD then this need to be manage symptomatically and care need to be taken for the underlying cause and most of the time this could be allergens ans physical and mental stress, else you can continue the prescribed medicines, take care.
