Suggest Ways To Improve Pulse Rate
I have a pulse rate oscillating between 45-48. It actually moved from 54-60 and kept going down. I am also working on my sugar levels using metformin. My blood pressure is always good 110/70 almost always so. I never suspected any heart problem but a recent EKG showed my pulse rate at 48. Doctor has recommended ECG which I intend to do tomorrow . Is there no definite way to improve on my pulse rate. What is happening to me.

You would not be worry
If your Heart Rate is more than 40/minute and you do not have any complaint , no treatment is required.
If Heart Rate goes less than 40/ minute with moderate to severe complaints your doctor would think about Pace Maker
Stop all the medicines even Herbal and Homeopathic.
