Suggest Ways To Increase Breast Milk Production

Hi, My baby 3.5 mnth old. He had cow milk since his birth. Milk not secret as enough.. very very low breast milk... i was tried more lactation tablet and powder... mother horlicks, galact,perinorm,onlac are tried but no use.... am really much suffer on this... pls help

HELLO DEAR
UNDERSTAND YOUR CONCERN
I GENERALLY GIVE FOLLOWING ADVICE TO INCREASE BREAST MILK PRODUCTION.

Brest feed should be given to baby every 2 hourly because suckling reflex induce the breast milk production.
Make sure that attachment of the baby to breast is perfect and offer both breast equally.

Take High protein diet, jeera, wheat, garlic and fruits like papaya that make the milk nutritious and also increased production.
Drink 2-3 litre of water daily.
Take atleast 2-3 glass of water daily.

You can try naturaml remidies-
Natural remedies: drum stick leave/juice

If above advice will not work then I will prescribed following medication:
Capsule lactare for two-four week
Granule galact with milk.
