Pls Dr, what is the interpretation of this “USS shows a gravid uterus with a bi partite gestational sac and viable fetuses CRL 19mm and CRL17mm at GA 8weeks. Liquid volume is adequate, internal OS is closed. Theres a solid tissue mass with mixed echo and AP diameter of 3.8 in the upper posterior wall. Adnexea bilaterally free. Pouch of doughlas is normal. No free pelvic collection is sighted. No cyst. Thanks while i await your response

Your USG in my opinion is ok, only that you might have a fibroid like benign lesion in your posterior uterine wall.
