Suggest Ways To Keep The Genitals Clean

I am 63 yrs old and having 105 kg weight housewife. Further, my stomach is also in big size. Thus, it is very difficult for me to keep my private parts clean. Sir, I request you to let me know the easiest way to clean my private parts. It is worthwhile to mention here that there is also a bad smell comes out, which irritate to others also. Please, suggest me a cream or any other ideas, to whom I use and get rid of this problem. Thanks.

Take plenty of fluids and keep yourself active. Take a bath with Oatmeal milk and honey body wash. Don't use other soaps.
