Suggest Ways To Lighten The Marks Of Skin Grafting On Hand

Hello, I am belong from Delhi,A middle class family ,22 years girl, sometime back , there was a cuts in my hand , after consulting some doctors they have done skin grafting on it, but still these marks look very weird , I am sending you the picture of that marks which is on my hand to you , kindly advice me Is there any chances to reduce or lighten these marks ?? Or any treatment to remove these marks?? Sent from my iPhone
