Hello I m a 22 year old female around 300lbs height of 5 11 I have tried many different things to lose weight also consulted with my Dr. And he was so help I don t know what to do anymore I worked out for three months straight and hour a day and ate healthy all I drink is water and I never lost a pound I m fed up with myself I need help as to what else I can do

If you did almost all the stringent exercise measures and dietary precautions, You should loose weight.
