Regular household work does not help in any weight reduction as seen in general population. There has to be good output of calories which is possible only by decided work-ups, exercises that burn more calories and fat. Increase salads with least possible calories when you get hunger pangs, keeping the bowl ready with such salads all the time and consuming such things when you feel hungry. This will reduce output.
As for
pregnancy, consult a good gynecologist in your area, get all the relevant investigations of blood like hormone studies, insulin and
diabetes levels whether normal or not.
Ultrasound of abdomen to see for any problems with your genital tracts.
Semen analysis of your husband must be done to find whether normal or not which can be cause in
infertility. Follow the advise and medicines as given by your gynecologist and you will have pregnancy,
