Suggest Ways To Lose Wight After Spinal Fusion Surgery

Hi. I had a lower back fusio in early May of this year. 4 weeks post op. I began walking getting up to two miles/day and watching my eating avg. 1500 calories/day and drinking 96 oz of water/ day. Now 4 months op I have not lost any weight getting frustrated. Please help. I have been to doctors and no one is helping. Thanks

Hello, i can understand your concern.
sedentary life post surgery makes it difficult to lose weight. if you donot have any cardiac and renal issues, i can suggest you to go for ketogenic diet. this will help you in reduction of weight. drink adequate amounts of water each day atleast 2 to 3 litres.
additional to this i would suggest a thyroid profile, lipid profile, sugars and get them corrected if any results are abnormal.
