I have been mensing daily (sometimes light, sometimes heavy) since I switched jobs and moved at the end of july this year. This happened once before at a time of high stress 4yrs ago. At that time, by the time I got in to see my Gyn, it had stopped (after around 3-4 months). She did EMB+Vag US, both were negative. I suspect this is stress, not organic, but what can I do to lower my cortisol levels? what are risks of Ablation?
