Suggest Ways To Manage Anxiety After Tonsil Removal Suregry
Ok I had my tonsils removed in March, the process went smoothly, now however I am experiencing some pain,. My ENT removed my tonsils because I had a large right tonsil, yesterday I rushed in too see him because I was experiencing some pain on the right side, he assured me nothing was wrong and prescribe a muscle relaxer and suggest that I see someone for anxiety. At this point I don t know what to do. Can someone explain to me what is going on

So any infective etiology seems less likely here....
Don't worry for that and for anxiety yoga, meditation can be beneficial
If anxiety more than short term benzodizepine course like alprazolam can be prescribed
