Suggest Ways To Manage Blood Sugar

Hi
Iam 42 yrs i took 850mg glucophage twice a day. I controlled my sugar level whole day but after 2 hours of dinner it was 280. Before dinner iwalked 30 minutes and my glucose level was 130. On morning it was 180 fasting.
What should i do to make it normal

dear sir I suggest you to check your Hba1c%
you might need to go for combination alone with metformin
i my opinion DPP 4 inhibitors are best second line agents
